The Details: Rocco’s Tacos and Milagro Tequila will partner together for a Tequila dinner hosted by Milagro National Brand Ambassador Jaime Salas and none other than Rocco himself. Jaime will create signature Milagro cocktails to be paired with each course, including Milagro Reposado, Milagro Anejo and Milagro Single Barrel Reserve Anejo. Milagro Unico will also be tasted, providing a unique experience, as it is only available at Rocco’s Tacos in the state of Florida.

Drink Recipes

Milagro Mojo
Milagro Silver 2 parts
Lime juice 1 parts
Simple syrup 1 parts
Basil Leaves 6 leaves
Ginger beer 1 parts
Muddle leaves in rocks glass. Add lime juice, simple, tequila and top w/ice. Stir. Top with ginger beer. Stir again. Garnish with basil sprig.

Diablo Royale
Milagro Reposado 1.5 Parts
Lillet Rouge 0.5 Parts
Lime juice 1 Parts
Blackberries 4 berries
Jalapeno 1 slice
Ginger beer 2 Parts
Muddle berries and jalapeno. Add Milagro, Lillet and lime juice. Shake and strain into rocks ice w/ice. Top with ginger beer. Garnish with berries.

Tepa Sour
Milagro Anejo 1.5 Parts
Bols Peach Schnapps 0.5 Parts
Lime juice 1 Parts
Simple Syrup 1 Parts
Eggwhites 0.5 Parts
Angostura 3 dashes
Shake all ingredients with ice except Angostura. Strain into Champagne flute. Garnish with Angostura and Orange twist.

SBR Anejo, Evolved
SBR Anejo 2 Parts
Serve in a rocks glass with shaved chocolate on the side.
