Following the opening reception where guests will enjoy and receive recipes for the Scottish Pair, Speyside Highball and Blood & Sand cocktails, a Glenfiddich ambassador will give a short presentation on the journey of Scotch from the barrel to the bottle. Four expressions of Scotch aged 12 years, 15 years and 18 years will be paired with Morton’s signature hors d’oeuvres including blue cheese tenderloin crostini, iceberg wedge bites, petite filet mignon sandwiches and miniature crab cakes.
The evening also will feature a silent auction with 100 percent of the proceeds benefiting Birdies for the Brave. Morton’s The Steakhouse is “The Official Steakhouse of the PGA TOUR, Champions Tour and Nationwide Tour.” Birdies for the Brave is a national military outreach initiative supported by the PGA TOUR that is dedicated to supporting the courageous men and women of our U.S. Armed Forces and their families. Since 2005, the TOUR has joined with PGA TOUR players, corporate partners, tournament fans and TPC club members to raise millions of dollars for military home front groups that provide critical programs and services for wounded warriors and military families.
